NOTICE CITY OF CHETEK
WINTER REGULATIONS Winter Parking – In order to facilitate the efficient and expeditious removal of snow from City streets during winter months, it shall be unlawful for any vehicle to park on any City street from November 1 to April 1 from 2:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. Sidewalk Snow Removal – It is the responsibility of the owner or occupant of any lot or parcel to remove all snow and ice which may have fallen or accumulated upon the sidewalk in front of such lot or parcel. When ice has so formed that it cannot be removed, the owner or occupant shall keep the same sprinkled with a material which will prevent the sidewalk from being dangerous to pedestrians. Violations to either of these ordinances are subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-1-7 of the Code of Ordinances. |

The Chetek wastewater treatment facility provides
primary treatment and secondary treatment by
rotating biological contactors,
chemical phosphorus removal and final clarification. Seasonal
disinfection is
provided through an ultraviolet disinfection system. Effluent is discharged to
