Hours of operation for the City Parks are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Charges for the pavilions are $25.00 per
day and $10.00 per day for nonprofit
organizations. Reservations can be made by contacting City Hall at
715-924-4838. |

Industrial Park
Chetek Industrial Sites
Chetek's city owned industrial park is complete with sewer and water.
Currently, 13+ acres are available. Price is negotiable per acre. Adjustments
to the purchase price are made for job creation and investment. The final
total cost per acre depends on the number of jobs and the overall investment.
An estimate of the cost for a 10 acre site includes:
Land 10 acres @ $20,000/ acre $200,000
Building Value Credit $5000/100,000 value (5000x12) 60,000
Job Creation Credit $5000 per job (30x5000) 150,000
Net Land Cost $ 0
In addition to the Wisconsin Department of Commerce Financing programs, the
City of Chetek has a local Revolving Loan Fund. Chetek's Economic Development
Foundation is always interested in assisting businesses. For more information
